Order Not Received

I still have yet to receive my order. I have alerted customer service several times but nothing has been remedied. Please help me get my order, I am sure the bag is great!

Speedgolfer

Has about as many pockets as my regular bag, they’re just not as big. I love the tee loops to hold your tees and the insulated beverage pocket.

very light bag

I found the bag to be very light, as advertised (2lbs). I especially light the many pockets and the bad stand. I also liked that there are 2 bag hitches for the bottom strap. What I didn't like was Originally ordered one bag, which I haven't received. I then accidently ordered the 2 bags which was filled almost immediately. Of which I was told I could send back but the order arrived without any paper work. So I'm holding on to the 2 bag order, for now.

Good bag, Bad Strap

I have the Ryder bag. The bag itself is good; nice and light, well organized, etc. The strap system is very poorly designed. The 4 clips that attach the carry strap to the bag individually are all on a 'swivel' clip. The strap is constantly turning inside out when you try to load it for carrying. The right shoulder strap is okay when you put on that shoulder first; but the left strap is inside out EVERY SINGLE TIME. So you have to adjust the left shoulder every time that you want to carry the bag. I will try to return the bag, or see if I can find a different carrying strap that works.
