      Great Bag, Not Quite Perfect

      Purchased my XL Loma and finally have a few rounds with it. For the most part it’s a great bag!

      Capacity: 6 standard-grip, tour wrap clubs + an oversized grip putter. Could *maybe* squeeze in one more club.

      Pockets: Decent selection. Wish there was another pocket on the left side of the bag. The personals pocket is really tight with an iPhone 12 Pro, keys, & wallet. Someone with a larger phone and decent sized key-ring may struggle to fit all of their items.

      Other thoughts: The loop for clipping on range finders, etc. is reinforced fabric instead of a metal loop, which isn’t a deal breaker but also not ideal.

      The plastic grip handle is part of the top structural ring that gives the bag its opening/divider structure. With my clubs and a few balls inside the bag, this grip bends quite a bit. It hasn’t begun to wear out yet, but I do worry about it breaking off longterm and impacting not only the handle, but the divider/superstructure as well.

      Overall- 8-9/10. Solid bag at the sale price for playing a half-set or looping the Par 3 pitch&putt courses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to someone as my critiques are largely personal preference and small in the scheme of things to be addressed in the next generation.

      Horrible service

      I purchased this bag for my son's graduation. When I ordered it, the free towel that was advertised was not included. I emailed customer service to ask if they could add it on. 2 days later I got a response asking me to give them the 4 digit number on my bank statement next to the charge. I've never been asked for this, and it seems fraudulent to me. The email said that if I didn't respond in 24 hours, my order would be cancelled. I was traveling so I wasn't able to check my email until 2 days later (the same exact time it took them to respond to my email). By that time they had cancelled my entire order. It's now 4 days after I ordered the bag, I have to make a new order and it will no longer arrive in time for my son's graduation party.

      I haven't had this issue with any other company. I won't be purchasing from them again.

      Love my golf bag

      We received both bags in a timely fashion and we thoroughly enjoy them. Very well made bags. I can fit all my woods and driver easily for practice at the range. Love the monogram. Plenty of pockets for all my goodies too. The strap fits and can be adjusted fir easy carry. Excellent customer service too. I was updated on delivery and status periodically.
